No dues are paid until 30 days after we vote "Yes" on our first contract.  The dues will be based on a percentage of wages, since we are tipped employees.  No one will pay more than $34 a month, even if you work at more than one Casino.  Part time and on-call dealers will be pro-rated and dealers can work in a union house at the same time as a non-union house, or in two union houses.  There are no initiation fees before the initial contract and after that dealers will determine the initiation fee from between $10-$50.

> 17% goes to the International for resources necessary to assist our Local
